How do I place an order?
For each category there are different steps.
Ready made: Simply Add to Cart, confirm quantity and Checkout
Signature Bouquet: Select which of the five signature bouquets you want, confirm quantity, add to cart and checkout
Make Your Own: Choose color palette (optional), select flowers, their quantity, and wrapping, add to cart and checkout
Exclusives: these are also ready made luxury bouquets, select, confirm quantity, add to cart and check out
Gajras and Accessories: select the gajras/accessories, confirm quantity, checkout.
How much does delivery cost in Pakistan?
Delivery is different for each category. It is to be noted that if two items from separate categories are chosen, delivery with a higher rate will be charged. E.g., you checkout one gajra and a medium sized bouquet, delivery charges for medium sized bouquets will be charged.

How much does delivery cost in Pakistan?
You’ll have to select ‘Bank Deposit’ at Checkout. Once order is confirmed, you will be redirected to our WhatsApp number, where you have to send a screenshot of the payment done online. Once payment is confirmed, we will start processing your order.
I don’t have a bank account. What should I do?
Any local microfinance app would work, e.g., Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay, etc.
Can I change or cancel an order?
After 60 min of placing an order, you will NOT be able to cancel your order.
Moreover, if you check out and do not pay within 24 hours timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Can you deliver the order if I don’t know the recipient’s address?
Every piece of information is required for checking out, i.e., name, address, phone number, postal code, country, etc.
What is the delivery process time?
Usual delivery takes up to 3-5 days.
Is every item handmade? Do you sell fresh flowers as well?
Yes, every item is handmade except for the wrapping for bouquets. Though, those are wrapped by hand. And No, we do not sell fresh flowers.
Can I make a custom order?
